A SCTB employee has led eight young girls in learning the skill of hula hooping in the “Spirit Whirled Hoopers” class on Friday nights.

Linda Tubaugh joined the Somebody Cares staff in October 2006 as the Director of Neighborhood Transformation. Linda brings 8 years of experience in community outreach and networking as Director of Love INC. of Lake County, IL. Other ministry service includes refugee resettlement and family crisis intervention. After moving from Chicago in 2004, she served as a case-management supervisor for “Healthy Families”.

Linda is committed to unifying and mobilizing the church to respond to needs of the under served of our communities and demonstrate the love of Jesus in real and practical ways, supporting families and glorifying Christ.
