Somebody Cares Tampa Bay has had the privilege of being selected as one of the best non-profit businesses in Clearwater for 12 consecutive years. We believe it is important to do your best in all things as we are ambassadors of Christ and desire to continue having a close working relationship with our city.
We were recognized for our participation in serving the the community's vulnerable population by the Governor and the Florida Government!
The Florida Food Force, Inc recognized Somebody Cares Tampa Bay for "Outstanding Community Support" in 2022. We are honored to receive this award with all the hard work our team of staff and volunteers put into our food program, where we distribute food to our partners that serve communities across the bay area.

Somebody Cares Tampa Bay has just was honored in July with "The Best Non-profit of 2020" award for the ninth time by the Clearwater Business Hall of Fame. We appreciate all of our partners, volunteers, and community members who enable us to successfully impact our community.
Partnership is key in making things happen at a large scale and quick fashion. We have learned that as we partner, we can do bigger and better things. Partnerships come by monetary gifts, service, and in-kind gifts. All are needed and much appreciated as we impact Tampa Bay. Somebody Cares Tampa Bay has been extremely blessed this month by several monetary gifts from local groups.
We want to thank Coldwell Banker Realty and Rotary Club of Clearwater for generously giving to our organization. Uncle John’s Pride also blessed us with a meat donation for our food program. We know that working together, we can make a huge difference in our communities throughout Tampa Bay. Thank you to our wonderful partners!
Founded in 1997, Somebody Cares Tampa Bay is a 501(c)3 non-profit with a distinguished history of meeting practical needs of people within the community.
We believe that caring is contagious, and it is our passion to create a "Caretagious" community that extends throughout Tampa Bay and beyond!
Through collaboration with community, ministerial and civic leaders, our volunteer-driven organization accomplishes big things because, "We can do more together than apart."
