Yardwork
Clean yard, trim bushes, mow, remove trash
Paint exterior of house, repair/replace section of soffit near roof, repair screen on back porch and screen door.
Done: General Cleanup around outside of home, light landscaping, minor painting, brick laying on driveway.
Floor in bathroom needs to be repaired, show area and front porch is leaking near front door
Yardwork/Cut grass. Replace broken window. Replace broken door. Has funds for the materials.
Clear out/trim bush in front and back yard, rake up leaves
Small area of the underside of the roof needs soffit and fascia replaced
Install a playground (has materials and plans/instructions)
Paint Exterior
Install new vanity and faucet (provided by owner), Repair/install portion of wood flooring (flooring provided by owner), repair/install small area or tile and stair nosing (tile to be purchased by sctb and reimbursed by owner), repair and paint hole in ceiling, clean carpet
4 ft. chain link fencing has been damaged from a tree falling on it. Pole and top are bent/busted and two sections need to be fixed.
