Join us on JUNE 5th at GULF COAST CHURCH, located at 13301 Walsingham Road in Largo for this men's event. Being a godly man/boy is much needed in our culture today. We need strong men who will stand for integrity and moral standards. Judge Vance Day of Promise Keepers will minister to us that day as we learn principles we can apply to our lives.

GUEST SPEAKER BIO:

Vance Day is a modern-day profile in courage who strongly believes in helping to raise a generation of leaders equipped to address a never-changing world.  Judge Day earned his Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from Willamette University College of Law in1991.

He is an accomplished trial lawyer, having served on several courts, one being the United States Supreme Court and tried over 300 bench and jury trials.  Vance has lectured on military history and leadership theory at The White House, before members of Congress, the Heritage Foundation, and the United States Military Academy at West Point to name a few.

Between May 2010 and August 2011, Vance served as a Circuit Judge in the State of Oregon and elected to a full six-year term in November of2012.  In 2014, Judge Day, based on his Christian convictions, was viciously attacked as a judge for refusing himself from marrying same sex.  Criminal charges were brought against him which cost him greatly both financially, mentally, and emotionally.  He ultimately prevailed as the case was dismissed.

Judge Day has been married to his best friend for 33 years and have three adult children who live in Oregon.
